Service Advisor

About the position:

Garantie VC is looking for an Extended Warranty Service Advisor with experience in automotive mechanics to join our Montreal office.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating warranty claims, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting our contract holders and business partners.

Main responsibilities:

- Interpret contracts and evaluate mechanical failures to determine coverage eligibility.
- Negotiate parts and labor costs with repair shops.
- Answer questions from contract holders and partners.

Minimum requirements:

- Bilingualism in French / English - mandatory (to manage claims in Quebec and Ontario).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive repair and/or warranty processing.
- Good understanding of automobile warranty contracts and/or insurance coverage.
- Solid mechanical knowledge, including diagnostics and repair estimates.
- Work independently, solution-oriented and customer service oriented.
