Parts Clerk

Brassard Pièces d'Autos, located in Saint-Amable, offers a wide selection of original, recycled and new automotive parts. Offering quality products and outstanding service, our company has stood out for the last 50 years.

We are looking for a Parts Clerk for the sale of new and pre-owned parts.

The tasks consist of greeting the customer at the counter, taking incoming calls, processing Internet orders, offering ongoing service to existing customers and keeping them informed about their order’s progress.

Criteria:

- Customer service skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Listening skills to target our customers’ needs;
- Knowledge of the automotive field;
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and customer service;
- Able to work as a team.
