Financial & Insurance Manager (no weekends)

A well-established car dealership, located 15 minutes north of Saint-Jérôme, is looking for a Financial & Insurance Manager (F&I) to join a dynamic, success-oriented team. The environment is fast-growing, with a loyal and constantly expanding customer base.

Your responsibilities:

- Present financial and insurance products clearly and convincingly;
- Complete financing and protection contracts in compliance with current standards;
- Work with the sales team to optimize each file;
- Provide exceptional customer service and build trust;
- Carry out paper delivery of vehicles (complete administrative and legal documentation to be given to the customer).

Profile:

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager (F&I);
- Strong sales and negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of Serti and Activix (an asset);
- Positive attitude, professionalism and interpersonal skills;
- Autonomy, attention to detail and thoroughness are essential.
