New & Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative

Job title: Automotive Sales Representative - new and pre-owned vehicles.

Hours: Day and evening shifts, frm Monday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Fridays, we close at 5 p.m.. * We are closed on weekends! *

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and advise potential customers on the purchase of new and used vehicles;
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles;
- Conduct test drives with customers and provide detailed information on vehicle features;
- Negotiate sales conditions and conclude agreements with customers;
- Ensure regular follow-up with customers to guarantee their satisfaction and loyalty;
- Participate in promotional activities and dealership events.

Requirements:

- Sales experience, preferably in the automotive field;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Customer service-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
