Service Advisor

M MÉCANIQUE 360 Saint-Eustache is looking for a Service Advisor.

Our co-drivers repair all types of vehicles and advise customers on the best maintenance for their car. Whether it's brakes, steering or tires, we're the experts!

Main tasks of the Technical Advisor job:

- Greet customers and obtain all the information needed to identify and propose the repairs and/or maintenance work required on the vehicle;
- Write repair orders and organize the work schedule;
- Monitor customers' work in progress and keep them informed of their vehicle's status;
- Maintain good relations with both customers and staff, and understand the art of building customer loyalty;
- Perform all other related tasks.

Benefits:

- Salary of $25 per hour, depending on experience;
- Monday to Friday schedule, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m;
