Service Manager / Workshop Dispatcher

ON RECRUITMENT: Service Manager / Workshop Dispatcher.

This essential role is the heart of our service operations, ensuring smooth coordination between our mechanical and detailing technicians and our customers.

Your responsibilities:

- Manage the organization of inspections for a volume of 1,000 used vehicles;
- Plan and assign work orders to technicians, taking into account their skills and workload;
- Work closely with technical advisors to identify and prioritize repair needs;
- Contribute to overall shop efficiency by identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage site security;
- Carry out recruitment and performance appraisals;
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer's warranty procedures.

Prerequisites:

- Knowledge of Serti software;
- Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics.
