Job description
Parts Clerk - Centre de Mécanique Atlas.
We're looking for a passionate Parts Clerk who can provide expertise and advice to our customers on their parts needs. If you love finding the perfect part and building strong relationships, this is the role for you!
Main responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service by responding to their needs quickly and efficiently;
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, provide necessary information;
- Promote parts on special and manage orders based on inventory;
- Follow-up on repair orders, invoices and special order parts;
- Organize daily shipments, deliveries or pick-ups;
- Ensure return or storage of non-retrieved items.
