HLocation is in full expansion and is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Clerk to offer an extraordinary car rental experience to all our customers. We're looking for a candidate who wants to develop his or her career with us!
About HLocation
HLocation is a division of HGrégoire that specializes in the short-term rental of new vehicles. Our goal is to enable our customers to rent a vehicle temporarily and at an affordable price.
Your role:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service and Sales Clerk has the mandate to manage rental transactions such as daily, monthly and short-term rental transactions while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Work schedule:
- 37.5 to 38h work schedule for the following schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 a.m;
- 1 Saturday out of 2 or 3 from 9am to noon.
Compensation:
- Starting salary between $19 and $21 per hour, depending on experience;
- Bonus system based on your professional development and performance.
Here is an overview of your responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in terms of reservations, quotes, general questions and provide appropriate solutions;
- Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone;
- Follow-up with customers, suppliers and insurance companies by phone and e-mail;
- Carry out rental transactions and explain contract terms and conditions to customers;
- Carry out vehicle inspections on pick-up and return;
- Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment;
- Notify management of any vehicle-related problems;
- Various administrative tasks;
- Perform all other related duties.
Special skills and requirements:
- You have a valid driver's license to move our vehicles between our branches and to pick up customers at the various body shops;
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English, to meet the needs of both French- and English-speaking customers;
- You have extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite and/or the Google suite, more specifically knowledge of Word and Excel;
- You have an innate talent for customer service;
- You radiate positivism, the definition of professionalism is you and enthusiasm is your middle name;
- You are autonomous in your work;
- You have great organizational skills;
- You have a desire to improve and develop your knowledge;
- You want to build a career with us;
