Work Package & Turnkey Outsourcing Management

Work Package & Turnkey Outsourcing Management : 
 

• Work with managers to identify outsourcing actions
• Track and update WP tracker with respect to WPs from initiation to sourcing
• Collect and Summarize RFQ Financial Comparison and follow the EMEA N2 escalading process
• Issue WP requisition Request (DE) & approve invoices as required in interface with Purchasing (Vincent Michaud) & Finance / VEMO
• Lead Project Tracking / Status Reviews (COPROJ) w/ supplier leads & technical lead (typically an N-5 manager and Calibration Leader)
• Coordination of Supplier Evaluation Feedback for WPs
• Position is expected to be onsite at ARDC Location

Basic Requirements: 
 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Knowledge and capability with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Requirements : 
 

• PMI Certification / Program Management background
• Experience / Knowledge of Powertrain Calibration process
