We are looking for a passionate Operations Manager to join our team.
The. Director of Operations will be the conductor of internal operations. His/her role will be to transform our current practices into processes that are reliable, clear and conducive to growth. He/she will be at the heart of the customer experience and partner loyalty, ensuring fluidity and quality of execution.
Main responsibilities
• Supervise and mobilize a team (customer service agents and claims experts).
• Establish robust internal processes to improve efficiency, reliability and traceability.
• Monitor existing KPIs and develop them strategically in line with market needs and corporate priorities
• Participate in the market intelligence strategy and contribute to the design of new products with the Business Development Manager.
• Support management in planning and managing strategic projects.
• Be responsible for the operations budget and ensure its optimization
• Optimize the use of existing management tools (ERP, CRM, etc.), ensure their ongoing development and propose, where necessary, concrete modernization solutions well integrated with our business reality.
• Ensure that operations actively support retailer and partner retention.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and anticipate compliance issues.

What we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field.
• Solid experience in team management and operations management, particularly in SMEs.
• Experience in or knowledge of the automotive sector, ideally in the field of warranty or insurance.
• Excellent command of office automation tools (advanced Excel).
• Experience in implementing or improving internal management systems.
• Bilingualism, both spoken and written (communication in French is very important as our team is mostly French-speaking, but communication in English is essential as we now serve a growing English-speaking clientele).

Training
