Sales Manager – New Vehicles
Import Brand – South Shore of Montreal
A well-established import automotive dealership located on the South Shore of Montreal is currently seeking a Sales Manager for New Vehicles to lead its dynamic sales department.
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and capable of driving both performance and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Leading and motivating a team of new car sales consultants;
*Driving department profitability, sales volume, and customer experience;
*Proactively managing sales operations during slower periods and ensuring staff remain productive;
*Overseeing vehicle orders and ensuring optimal pre-selling strategy;
*Collaborating closely with the finance team to optimize product penetration and customer satisfaction;
*Monitoring and being accountable for business office performance within the department;
*Ensuring consistent and professional communication between clients, team members, and other departments.
What we’re looking for:
*Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills;
*Proven ability to lead and energize a team;
*A proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability;
*Experience in dealership sales management (preferably new vehicles);
*Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, especially F&I;
*Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset.
