Assistant Sales Manager - New and Pre-Owned Vehicles

A well-established car dealership in the West Island of Montreal is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager for new and pre-owned vehicles to join its team.

This hybrid role combines sales responsibilities (50%) with management/leadership duties (50%).

Your responsibilities:

    • Actively participate in vehicle sales
    • Supervise, motivate, and develop the sales team
    • Support sales consultants in the sales process and closing of transactions
    • Build trust with clients and provide service that meets expectations
    • Follow up on sales files and inventory
    • Work with the management team to implement strategies to achieve objectives

We are looking for someone with:

    • Relevant experience in automotive sales, ideally in a role that includes supervisory responsibilities
    • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills
    • Proficiency with CRM tools
    • Bilingualism (French and English)
