Main responsibilities:

- Manage financing and insurance transactions for new and pre-owned vehicles;
- Offer a full range of complementary products in a professional and ethical manner;
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize results;
- Rely on well-established F&I processes to structure your approach;
- Implement current F&I best practices;
- Maintain a seamless customer experience in line with industry best practices.

Profile:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Services Manager (F&I) in a dealership;
- Open-minded and open to coaching
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service;
- Organizational skills, rigor and autonomy;
- Bilingual (French/English) with strong communication skills;
- Valid driver's licence.
