JOB OFFER - SERVICE ADVISOR - Loiselle Sports Gatineau.

Are you passionate about customer service and the recreational vehicle industry? Loiselle Sports, a leader in spyder, ryker, ATV, snowmobile and watercraft sales and maintenance, is looking for a technical advisor to join its dynamic team!

Your role:

- Greet customers in the service department.
- Listen and understand their needs in order to plan repairs and maintenance.
- Open and manage work orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure fast, quality service.
- Follow up with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Advise on preventive maintenance products and services.

Profile:

- Experience in a similar position or in customer service (an asset).
- Knowledge of recreational products: motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Team spirit and positive attitude.
