Main responsibilities:
- Management of service, parts and after-sales departments.
- Hiring, personnel management and scheduling;
- Management of budget, invoicing, work orders;
- Implementation of strategies;
- Planning shop operations to achieve objectives
- Optimization of internal procedures;
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets;
- Supervision and monitoring of department procedures.
Qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive Service Manager;
- Excellent mechanical knowledge;
- Initiative, adaptability, attention to detail and good judgment;
- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
- Good command of crimping software.
