Our Mercedes-Benz Thornhill Dealership is looking for a Product and Delivery Expert to join our amazing team!
Job Purpose
Product and Delivery Experts at Auto World Imports Network play a very important role in driving sales and customer satisfaction. Product and Delivery Experts are responsible for promoting our vehicles, fleet programs, incentives, etc., while ensuring you maintain an exceptional customer experience with each guest. You also play a key role in educating clients on business office products.
Core Accountabilities
- Ensure that customers are provided an unmatched ownership experience at all times
- Support customers in determining their needs and provide expertise on vehicle options
- Perform high quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and Certified Pre Owned vehicles including test drives
- Provide customers with a high level overview of F&I products, incentives, fleet programs etc.
- Commit to maintaining your product expertise and gain in depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
- Prepare test drive vehicles so that the latest technology is enabled and ready for display (Bluetooth, navigation, MMC, etc.)
- Assist with incoming email web leads and sales calls; answer inquiries in a professional manner and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations
- Connect with orphan customers and invite them to experience the latest Mercedes Benz vehicles and technology
- Work closely with Sales Manager(s) to follow up with prospective customers in a timely manner
- Complete introduction of customer and Sales Manager so that negotiation and finalization of deal can occur
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Financial Services Manager to ensure vehicles to be delivered have any add ons installed or included with the vehicle (window tint, 3M film, paint protection, etc)
- Ensure that vehicles scheduled for delivery are properly prepped (detailed), licensed, fueled, tire pressures set accurately, floor liners and wheel locks included (new vehicles), no check engine or other warning lights, etc.
- Offer customers a delivery experience at the customer's preferred location (dealership, home or office) within two weeks of delivery
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence
- Clear Driver's Abstract
- Valid OMVIC registration is an asset
- Strong business acumen
