OK Tire Kelowna Airport YLW is a 9-bay, full service Automotive Service Shop. 
We're seeking upbeat and organized Automotive Service Advisors to join our team. In this role, you will be front of the house, working directly with customers. Your role is to ensure their vehicles remain safe and reliable, while helping to protect their investments and saving them money.
You will bring your knowledge, and a keen interest in working in a constantly evolving and fast paced industry. Needed in your tool belt is the ability to work with new and evolving processes, and the ability to work as part of a co-ordinated team.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience and relationship.
• Schedule & coordinate appointments to manage workflow
• Create complete and accurate000000 work orders and estimates including all customer concerns, requested services and technician recommendations.
• Recommend and sell maintenance and repair services to customers.
• Liaise with technicians to ensure proper workflow, and confirmation of completed services to provide timely client updates.
• Explain & present all completed work and all charges to customers.
• Review all technician recommendations and inspection results. Offer and book added work or set a future review date.
• Inventory control, ordering/restocking & reporting.
• Processing returns and warranty claims. Obtaining and confirming all warranty details to meet supplier warranty requirements.
• Flexible schedule and available to work overtime and peak season weekends

Applicants should have:

• 2+ years experience in a service advisor role
• Be an outgoing individual who enjoys working in a service industry
• A positive attitude & always smiling
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, energetic environment
• Strong organizational & computer skills
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Protractor Automotive Shop Management Software knowledge is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Wages: $22 to $35/ hour, depending on experience
Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Willing to work Overtime & Weekends as needed
