Job Summary
As a Service Technician, your main responsibilities include diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles. You will play a key role in delivering the exceptional service our customers expect. An active 310S Automotive Service Technician Certificate is required, along with excellent communication and diagnostic skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Diagnose automotive issues using diagnostic tools and manufacturer-approved processes
- Conduct test drives to verify repairs and identify potential problems
- Communicate directly with Service Advisors to provide timely updates and additional repair needs
- Estimate the time and resources required for additional repairs
- Complete warranty work according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician Certificate (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an automotive technician
- Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and general maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong teamwork, organizational, and time management abilities
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
