Job description
As a Service Advisor in our Ford dealership, you will be the main link between our customers and our service department. Your role will be to welcome customers, assess their maintenance and repair needs, and ensure that the work is carried out correctly, while providing outstanding customer service.
Main responsibilities:
- Greet service customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listen and understand customers' mechanical concerns.
- Open work orders and estimate costs.
- Explain diagnostics and recommended work in a clear and transparent manner.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate schedules with technicians.
- Follow up on repairs and keep customers informed of their vehicle's status.
- Provide recommended maintenance services according to Ford guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction upon vehicle delivery.
- Comply with Ford manufacturer's quality, safety and service standards.
Skills and qualifications:
- Relevant experience as a Service Advisor.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, ideally Ford products.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Good computer skills (Serti systems, Keyloop and Ford software, etc.).
