Job description
To assist our sales team, Hyundai St-Jérôme, a member of GENX Groupe Automobile, is looking for someone who shares our sincere interest in customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the delivery of vehicles to customers, while adhering to Hyundai's standards of excellence.
To do this, you will:
- Ensure that all vehicles are ready for delivery, immaculately clean, including all requested options, properly installed and running smoothly;
- Review warranty coverage;
- Review with the customer all documents relating to the taking of possession of the vehicle;
- Sign off, hand over documents and keys;
- Handle any problems raised by the customer in an attentive and efficient manner, and inform the Sales Manager immediately;
- Introduce the service department;
- Present the vehicle, adjusting various orders to customer preferences;
- Ensure a good understanding of the technologies and pair up the cell phone;
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction with vehicle and service received at Hyundai St-Jérôme;
- Relaunch after-sales products.

- Sense of priorities, autonomy and initiative.
Requirements:
- Customer service and automotive experience;
- Compensation - above-average salary package including: weekly salary and generous bonus plan of over 50k per year;
