Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

- Being responsible for welcoming customers and preparing vehicle repair orders;
- Explaining to clients the nature of the maintenance or repair work to be carried out and the deadlines required;
- Offering safety inspection, lubrication, aesthetic and bodywork services if necessary;
- Carrying out a summary inspection of the vehicles after the work and make the necessary corrections if necessary.

Your strenghts:

- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor;
- Innate talent for customer service;
- Focused on teamwork.
