Job description
Fix Auto Blainville is looking for a Liaison Agent who will be responsible for answering customers in person and on the phone.
The jobholder will be responsible for customer service, service sales and transaction processing. The Liaison Agent must follow all company procedures and policies when serving customers. He/she understands his/her role as a brand ambassador and delivers a positive experience to all customers.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, in line with Fix Auto best practices, measurable by customer satisfaction index results;
- Manage front desk operations to ensure efficient organization and support sales functions;
- Collaborate with the Shop Manager and Sales Manager to ensure vehicles are delivered without problems or delays;
- Provide standard and routine reports to the Shop Manager and Sales Manager so they can monitor key performance measures;
- Deliver a good customer experience by reviewing service offerings.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task;
- Proficiency in office automation tools (Microsoft Office, etc.);
- Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining autonomy;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professional relationships.
