Job description
Are you a customer service pro who knows everything there is to know about automotive parts? Do you know how to advise customers and love starting up new projects?
Come and join the passionate team at ALBI Mazda Mascouche as a parts advisor in our brand-new boutique!
Your role?
As the first point of contact for customers at the parts counter, located in the waiting room boutique, you'll ensure outstanding service and be the essential link with the parts department.
Your responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly in the boutique
- Assist the sales representative in the transaction by presenting the various accessories to the customer
- Answer customer phone calls
- Manage the parts counter
- Check parts availability and advise customers
- Assist colleagues in the parts department
- Perform all other related tasks
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a similar position (tire store, parts clerk, etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer skills (Serti, an asset) and experience with a parts catalog
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Valid driver's license
