Responsibilities:

Your mandate is to offer financing options, life and health insurance, various coverages and extended warranties, while providing our customers with exceptional service. You will be called upon to act as an advisor, informing customers of service terms and conditions, as well as manufacturer and dealership policies. You'll also have to listen carefully to customers' needs, so as to offer them the financing products best suited to their needs and financial situation.

The Financial & Insurance Manager plays an essential role in the vehicle purchase or leasing process. The jobholder is a reference in financing and must forge a bond of trust with customers in order to offer them an outstanding experience. The candidate must be able to express him/herself in English, both orally (intermediate) and in writing (beginner), in order to meet the needs of our English-speaking clientele.

Requirements:

- You have 2 years of experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager in a car dealership;
- You have a valid driver's licence;
- You are resourceful, professional and a great team player;
- You are committed to customer service;
- You have the ability to exercise sound file management.
