Our sales team is dynamic, young, ambitious and proud of its results. All we need is a desk with contagious energy, excellent organizational skills and closer reflexes to support our sales manager and propel the team even further.

What you'll do (and do well!):

- Welcome customers with professionalism and empathy to guarantee a 5-star experience;
- Ensure compliance with the sales process and intervene in every transaction with an effective “T/O”;
- Work closely with advisors to maximize customer follow-up;
- Assist the Sales Manager in the day-to-day management of the department.

What we're looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in automotive sales (we're not looking for a beginner);
- 1 to 2 years minimum as a desk or in a similar role;
- Excellent knowledge of the used car market;
- Outstanding customer service skills - you're the face of our dealership;
- Excellent powers of persuasion and negotiation;
- Organization, structure and rigor are your best allies;
- Available every other weekend, and a few evenings a week.
