Job description
Main responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for the mechanical service department.
- Confirm appointments with customers.
- Answer incoming service calls.
- Work closely with the mechanical department team.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Experience in a similar customer service or automotive position (an asset).
- Ability to replace the technical advisor during vacation periods.
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics (strongly preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
