Job description
Responsibilities :
- Sell financing, insurance, various coverages and guarantees to customers;
- Process financing and leasing transactions accurately and fairly through financing sources for approval;
- Work with sales managers to achieve a reasonable profit on each sale;
- Coordinate financing forecasts with sales department forecasts to achieve desired penetration and revenue levels;
- Establish and maintain good business relationships with multiple financing sources;
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of market products and guarantees;
- Explain, in detail, the manufacturer's service terms and policies to customers;
- Handle the registration of new and used cars;
- See to the collection of all financing and insurance fees;
- Receive all credit applications;
- Process month-end commission sheets for payroll and accounting;
- Set up customer files and ensure their transfer to the dealership clerk;
- Educate the sales team on the benefits of financing, insurance and extended service programs;
- Understand and comply with federal, state and municipal regulations affecting new car, used car and finance departments;
- Present oneself in a professional manner;
- Perform other duties as required and directed by management.
Requirements :
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written);
- Ability to use various computer programs;
- Good organizational skills and excellent work structure
