Financial & Insurance Manager

Well-established dealership representing one of the most popular imported brands in Quebec is looking for a Financial & Insurance Manager (F&I) to join its dynamic team.

Profile:

- Punctual, proactive and customer-oriented;
- Able to deliver an exceptional customer experience every step of the way;
- Able to maintain an excellent penetration rate of financial products, with a strong focus on retention products;
- Responsible for profit margins and complete administrative follow-up of department;
- Gifted in consultative selling, possessing excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (Financial & Insurance Manager or Sales Manager);
- Bilingualism (French / English) strongly preferred;
- Excellent command of automotive financial products and delivery processes.
