Financial & Insurance Manager - Eastern Townships dealership

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and want to be part of a dynamic team at a well-established dealership in the Eastern Townships? We are currently looking for an experienced Financial & Insurance Manager to contribute to our success.

Your main responsibilities:

- Provide a warm welcome and impeccable service to our customers;
- Work closely with financial institutions to propose the best financing options;
- Present insurance products, extended warranties and additional protection in a clear and comprehensive manner;
- Propose after-sales products adapted to customer needs;
- Actively participate in the delivery process in coordination with the sales team;
- Prepare and check all documents required for vehicle delivery;
- Perform any related tasks linked to the smooth running of the sales department.

Profile:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position (F&I or sales management);
- Solid knowledge of financing and insurance products related to vehicle purchases;
- Excellent communication skills and personalized customer approach;
- Strong sales and negotiation skills;
- Professionalism, thoroughness and autonomy;
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage priorities effectively.
