- You have a minimum of one year of experience in customer service and you excel in this field;

What will your daily routine be like as a Follow-up & Appointments Clerk?
- Answering and confirming appointment requests;
- Following-up with customers to determine their satisfaction after their visit to the service department;
- Following-up with our customers regarding their maintenance;
- Carrying out any other related task requested by the Service Manager.
