BDC Agent - Web Clients

Read on... it could change your career. Récré-Auto Entrepôt Laval is looking for a BDC agent - web customer contact to support the sales team.

Your role:

You will be the first point of contact for people interested in our vehicles via our online platforms. Your objective: to offer a professional and efficient service in order to convert every request into an appointment at the dealership. This position is 100% face-to-face (we like to see our world!).

What to expect in your new position:

- Respond quickly to requests received by e-mail or web forms;
- Follow up rigorously with people who have expressed interest;
- Schedule dealership appointments with sales representatives;
- Update files and information in internal management tools.

What we're looking for in you:

- You're organized, autonomous and rigorous;
- You know how to manage several files at once and work under pressure;
- You're comfortable using computer tools;
- Knowledge of management tools or the automotive industry (an asset).

The working language is French, in accordance with the Charter of the French Language. That said, an intermediate knowledge of English is recommended, as you'll be dealing with English-speaking customers on a daily basis.

What we offer:

- Salary between $60,000 and $80,000 annually;
- Performance bonuses;
- A daytime schedule, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday;
