Web and Customer Relations Manager

The St-Eustache Chevrolet Buick GMC sales team is looking for a motivated candidate to replace their web manager and customer relations manager for a maternity leave (1 year). We're a well-established dealership in the Laurentians, and we're looking for the rare pearl who'll have full customer satisfaction at heart.

The successful candidate will be able to count on systems put in place and ongoing training in order to flourish within the company.

Main responsibilities:

- Establish effective communication with customers via various discussion platforms (Phone, Facebook, Instagram, email, etc.);
- Work with the sales team to convert various customer requests into dealership appointments;
- Determine customer needs;
- Keep customer files up to date in the CRM;
- Follow-up with met, no-show customers;
- Schedule appointments for the rental portfolio;
- Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements:

- Fluency in written and spoken French;
- At ease with computerized tools;
- Bilingual;
- Experience in customer service (an asset).

We offer a daytime schedule, Monday to Friday.
