Your mandate:

The Agent is responsible for preparing claims files and following up with repair centers. He/she works closely with various suppliers. The future Claims Agent will also have to answer customers' questions and offer friendly, professional service.

Your profile and skills:

- You have automotive experience or at least a general understanding of the various mechanical components;
- You offer impeccable customer service;
- You are rigorous and courteous;
- You have a good command of spoken French and English (required).
