HGrégoire Toyota Candiac is looking for a Sales Manager.

Schedule:

- Full time;
- Variable days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

- Manage pre-owned department transactions (desking and T.O.);
- Manage BDC, Web and text leads;
- Participate in the training of new sales consultants;
- Participate in the identification of training needs for the sales team;
- Collaborate in the design of improvement programs for sales consultants who are having difficulty achieving their objectives;
- Collaborate on vehicle exchanges between dealerships;
- Know and understand all federal, provincial and municipal laws governing retail automotive sales.

Requirements:

- Experience in automotive sales;
- Bilingualism (French - English) both oral and written at intermediate-advanced level in order to meet the needs of our large English and French-speaking clientele;
- Leadership;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-owned vehicles sales (required);
- Knowledge of Vauto (an asset);
- Comfortable working on a desk system (an asset);
- Mentoring and training skills;
- Ability to close transactions;
- Open-mindedness and flexibility;
- Living in Canada.
