Service Advisor

Alex Pneu et Mécanique, a well-established company located at 5500 Papineau since 1980, is looking for a Service Advisor to join its dynamic team.

The position involves acting as a link between customers and technicians, offering a professional, transparent and efficient service.

Main responsibilities:

- Greet customers with professionalism and courtesy, assessing their mechanical and tire needs;
- Open work orders and follow up with the Shop Foreman;
- Clearly explain recommended work to the customer;
- Periodically follow up on work orignally refused by the customer;
- Handle telephone calls and appointments.

Profile:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position (mechanical workshop or dealership);
- A passion for cars and strong problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication, customer service and sales skills;
- Ability to work independently while contributing to teamwork;
- Good organizational skills;
- Comfortable with tehnologies (sending SMS, chat, email, etc.).

Computer skills:

- Costar software (an important asset);
- Microsoft Office Suite (an asset).
