What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years as a parts clerk in a dealership (an asset).
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Customer service & sales skills, with the ability to assist clients effectively.
- Bilingualism: ability to communicate in both French and English with customers and suppliers.
- Comfortable with technology and computerized inventory systems.
- Physical ability: able to lift between 25 and 50 lbs.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist and advise internal and external customers with their parts and accessory needs.
- Process and manage parts orders, including special requests and follow-ups with clients or service advisors.
- Receive, ship, and store parts efficiently to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Keep accurate records of repair orders, invoices, and insurance estimates.
- Ensure the availability of seasonal parts and those required for recalls or promotions.
- Stay up to date on new and updated manufacturer products.
