We're looking for a motivated and organized Parts Clerk to ensure the efficient management of parts and accessories used for vehicle maintenance and repair. This key position involves regular contact with shop technicians and customers, both in person and over the phone.
Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers at the counter or by telephone, whether they are private individuals or the workshop team.
- Accurately identify parts required by mechanics or customers.
- Use electronic catalogs and specialized software to search for parts.
- Prepare, invoice and deliver orders to technicians or customers.
- Receive parts deliveries, check conformity and store correctly.
- Organize the warehouse efficiently according to established procedures.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory and make adjustments as required.
- Participate in periodic and complete inventories.
- Manage returns of unused or defective parts.
- Provide courteous, professional and prompt service at all times.
What we are looking for:
- Relevant experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and management systems such as CDK, Reynolds or Keyloop.
- Strong parts sourcing and needs identification skills.
- Good customer service skills and ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Team spirit, thoroughness and autonomy.
- Ability to handle moderate loads.
