The candidate we're looking for must be rigorous, have a positive attitude, a good analytical mind and be passionate about challenges and success.

Job duties:

- Responsible for accounts payable and receivable
- Account for new and used vehicle sales;
- Accounting for disbursements;
- Compile relevant financial data for the accounting register;
- Balance and follow up large GL accounts;
- Issue payments to suppliers, prepare cheques;
- Follow-up on appropriate collection of delinquent accounts;
- Master all important accounting department tasks in order to support colleagues.
- Work closely with the Controller to support all accounting and administrative tasks.

The successful candidate must be available on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., depending on the needs of the company and the time of the month.

The person we are looking for must be very comfortable with Excel and have accounting experience (2 years minimum), ideally with experience in a car dealership.
