Service Advisor

Our heavy-duty body shop is looking for a Service Advisor in heavy-duty vehicle repair in Neuville.

Are you a pro at follow-up, clear explanations and satisfied customers?
Are you familiar with bodywork, trucks and/or transportation?
Can you handle a tight schedule and a stressed-out customer - all with a smile?

We need you as a Service Advisor at Garage René Bertrand!

In our body shop, you're the key person if:

- You greet customers calmly and professionally;
- You explain the work, insurance and steps involved;
- You deal with the unexpected (delays, extras, changes of priority);
- You are the link between the customer, the estimator, the team leader and the technicians;
- You ensure impeccable follow-up right up to delivery of the vehicle.

Skills:

- Experience in a similar role or in the body, mechanical or transport industry (workshop, customer service);
- Proficiency in Office suite and computer skills;

- Organizational skills, time and priority management.
