JOB DESCRIPTION:
Uniban Canada, a part of the Driven Brands family of automotive aftermarket franchise brands, is a leading technology-based provider of automotive glass repair, replacement and ADAS calibration services for vehicle owners, fleets and insurance carriers. Founded in 1977, Uniban Canada also offers technology-enabled glass claims management services for insurance carriers.
Uniban Canada today has the largest network of installers with more than 320 service centres and 300 mobile units. Our network of franchises, banners, and authorized agents is connected by the corporate objectives and the shared values of customer satisfaction and superior customer experience.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Intake and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers
- Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work
- Answer phones and return customer calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist Manager with daily parts returns
- Ensure accuracy when ordering parts
- Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
- Confirm all mobile jobs parts and materials before dispatching drivers
- Open new accounts and service existing accounts
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Requirements
- Must have a positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must have strong communication skills
- Prior phone or call center experience is a plus
