We're looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join Michael Currie's Team!We are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and excelling in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued service customers. Your role is vital in ensuring a seamless and luxury experience for our clients. You will assist the service team, maintain an organized service lane, and provide administrative support while learning the various aspects of dealership operations. This position offers an excellent career path for individuals looking to grow within the automotive industry.

For experienced candidates, there is an opportunity to take on a Senior Service Advisor role with earning potential up to $80,000 per year!

Hourly Wage Range: $19.15 - $22.45 per hour, plus Performance Bonus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Warmly welcome and assist service customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Lincoln service lane.
  • Support Service Advisors and learn their role as a potential career progression.
  • Provide administrative assistance as required.
  • Act as a liaison between the Lincoln service, sales, and parts departments.
  • Ensure smooth pick up, delivery & organization of loaners for all Lincoln clients
  • Ensure smooth service lane flow by promptly relocating dropped-off vehicles.
  • Manage necessary paperwork and prepare documentation such as forms and reports.
  • Continuously learn about Lincoln products, features, accessories, and inventory to better assist customers.
  • Ensure vehicle security by walking the lot and verifying that all cars are locked and secured.
  • Maintain a commitment to customer satisfaction and deliver an outstanding client experience.
  • Maintain all Lincoln training, including attending the monthly Lincoln lounge calls.
  • Maintain top results in customer satisfaction based on the Lincoln Canada survey
  • Set personal productivity goals aligned with dealership standards.
  • Participate in follow-up calls from Tuesday to Friday to streamline service communication and gain departmental insight.
  • Review previous repair orders and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Attend service meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Requirements:

 

  • No experience necessary, but a strong customer service orientation is a must.
  • Experience in the service or hospitality industry is an asset.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Enthusiastic, engaging, and always willing to assist.
  • Driven, passionate, and confident in delivering top-tier service.
  • Ability to excel in a performance-driven and structured environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • High-energy with a positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
