What We're Looking For:
 

  • A leader with hands-on PBS DMS experience - you know your way around reports, forms, and KPIs.
  • Someone who can analyze service data to improve technician utilization, CSI, and overall customer convenience and operational flow.
  • Excited by the challenge of digging into reports and finding opportunities to make things better - smoother processes, smarter scheduling, and more efficient systems.
  • A process-driven mindset that sees structure as a strength, not a burden.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and create a culture of accountability, ownership, and improvement.

The Role:

As Service Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day shop operations, work closely with advisors, technicians, and fixed ops leadership, and be responsible for hitting key metrics around productivity, booked hours, and guest satisfaction. Your mission: turn good into great - and have a clear plan to get there.

You'll also:
 

  • Use PBS reporting tools to track, measure, and improve team performance.
  • Train and support advisors on our "Road to a Sale" service process.
  • Collaborate with Parts and Detail leaders to ensure shop flow and fill rates align with goals.
  • Be the central figure in driving Kaizen-based improvements across the department.
