We are currently looking for a Remarketing Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario.
A Day in the Life:
- Conduct random audits of auction charges to ensure accuracy and validity. Verify that all auctioned vehicles meet presentation standards, including proper washing, vacuuming, and high-quality photos.
- Identify and document system issues within the Remarketing Platform (RPM). Collaborate with OpenLane to resolve issues promptly and recommend process enhancements. Ensure Finance Company and Canadian Black Book data feeds are properly transmitted.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate the remarketing of off-lease, repossessed, and company vehicles. This includes improving vehicle grounding timing, inspections, upstream and downstream auction processes, transportation, and reconditioning turnaround.
- As new automation tools (e.g., RPM system, CMS Project) are deployed, ensure process integrity, and proactively address any weaknesses.
- Conduct dealer surveys on remarketing processes, analyze feedback, and implement policy or process improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.
Who We're Looking for:
- A University or College degree is preferred, or equivalent years of experience. Ideal candidates will have a background in fields that emphasize process improvement, with 0-3 years of experience in auctions or a captive finance company. Bilingual (French/English) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the remarketing process, including vehicle inspections, auction reconditioning, and digital auction platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and experience in negotiating with auction partners.
- With ADESA Auction Company transitioning fully to digital auctions, candidates must be well-versed in digital marketing strategies and digital operational processes to ensure seamless execution. Ability to perform work onsite at Mississauga HQ.
