Kia of Brampton is looking for an Internal Service Advisor to join their dynamic team.

Here's what you'll deliver:
 

• Create internal work orders and follow through to completion.
• Review work orders to ensure all work is completed and quoted prices are accurate.
• Write estimates based on technician recommendations and deliver them to the Sales department for approval.
• Ensures customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers standards.
• Ensuring parts ordered for new cars in a timely, efficient, and organized manner.
• Other service related duties as required.

What do you need to succeed?
 

• 1-3 years of service related experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Punctual with excellent time management skills.
• Detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Team orientated with a positive attitude.
• Strong multitasking and computer skills.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience*** 

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour
