Service Advisor

Are you passionate about customer service and want to work in a dynamic environment? Centre-Ville Volkswagen is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team!

Main responsibilities:

- Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism;
- Prepare repair orders and explain in detail the nature of the work to be done, as well as the expected timeframe;
- Offer complementary services such as safety inspections, lubrication, detailing and bodywork;
- Carry out a summary inspection of the vehicle after the work has been completed and ensure any necessary corrective action.

Profile:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Strong aptitude for customer service;
- Strong team spirit;
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
