Fleet Team Leader

Groupe Carbur autos et camions is looking for a fleet team leader who wants to grow and develop in an inspiring and constantly evolving environment.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday;
- Shift work;
- Full time.

Salary:

- Up to $23 per hour depending on experience related to the position;

Responsibilities:

- Distribution of tasks within the team;
- Receive vehicles;
- Inspect vehicles received;
- Arrange vehicles in the yard to optimize visibility;
- Clean and remove snow from vehicles as required;
- In winter, clear snow from main entrances and sidewalks adjacent to the building before opening and during the day;
- Ensure cleanliness of yard at all times;
- Transport vehicles to other dealerships;
- Perform any other related duties.

Requirements:

- Valid driver's licence (manual and automatic);
- Autonomy;
- Ability to lift 60lb repeatedly (tire period);
- Ability to work physically (standing at all times);
- Ability to work outdoors (summer and winter);
- Good adaptability;
- Reliability;
- Resourcefulness.
