Job description

Groupe Duclos is looking for a candidate to fill a Service Advisor position on the service team at its Laval dealership.

Job duties / responsibilities:

- Welcoming customers;
- Confirm appointments;
- Work closely with Chrysler's certified service Technicians;
- Follow-up on the manufacturer's maintenance logbook and suggest maintenance to be done;
- Open and close work orders;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Perform any other task related to the job.

Experience as a Service Advisor and basic knowledge of Serti software are assets.

We offer a salary ranging from $65,000 to $95,000 per year (depending on your experience or performance).
