Your key role:

You'll be the expert Advisor between the workshop and our loyal customers, ready to:

- Welcome customers to the workshop with a professional smile;
- Open work orders and ensure impeccable follow-up;
- Recommend appropriate maintenance and work (sales profile required);
- Carry out invoicing with rigor;
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your profile:

- Experience in customer service and mechanics;
- Knowledge of Serti software (an asset);
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude;
- Motivation to contribute to the success of a respected dealership.
