Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and establish a relationship of trust.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable new or used vehicles.
- Conduct road tests and present vehicle specifications and benefits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and conditions and close sales.
- Monitor the delivery process and ensure quality after-sales service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions and market trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Profile:

- Experience in sales (automotive an asset).
- Professional attitude, interpersonal and listening skills.
- Motivation focused on results and performance.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Basic knowledge of IT tools (CRM, e-mail, etc.).
