Job description
Our growing dealership is looking for a Senior Service Advisor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers in an exemplary manner and gathering the necessary information to identify and define repair and maintenance needs. He/she will be reliable, versatile and quick-witted in addition to being able to follow up files rigorously and strongly focused on customer service.
Duties:
- Greet customers;
- Answer telephone calls;
- Open, close and follow up on all repair orders;
- Suggest manufacturer's prescribed maintenance according to mileage;
- Provide repair estimates;
- Carry out rigorous work follow-up;
- Ensure customer satisfaction (C.S.I.).
Experience:
- Experience;
- Bilingualism;
- Enjoy teamwork;
- Positive attitude;
- Knowledge of Serti (an asset);
- Valid driver's licence.
